• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers to deliver high-impact technical demos and discovery • Partner with Sales leadership to align SE resources with pipeline priorities and deal strategy • Own technical win strategy across the sales cycle, from discovery through technical close • Coach the team to connect Storyblok's capabilities directly to customer business value • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, feeding field insights into the roadmap • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Solution Engineers • Define and track team performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, technical CSAT) • Develop and maintain SE enablement content, demo environments, and best practices

• Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies (e.g TypeScript, Vue, Vite, etc). • Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, from reviewing product requirements to deliver the software reliably to customers across disciplines. • Take technical responsibility for a frontend subsystem (domain), ensuring long-term maintainability, scalability, and reliability. • Identify systemic risks and architectural bottlenecks within your domain and drive remediation proactively. • Break down ambiguous technical problems into clear strategies and executable implementation plans. • Raise engineering standards through thorough code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance. • Write technical design documents for domain-level initiatives and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute hands-on in critical areas where technical depth is required, including refactoring, performance improvements, and security considerations. • Mentor engineers across projects, helping grow technical ownership and capability within the team. • Help Engineering Managers make informed technical decisions by providing clear context and recommendations. • Identify and address long-term technical improvements proactively, balancing short-term delivery with system sustainability.

• Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies (e.g TypeScript, Vue, Vite, etc). • Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, from reviewing product requirements to deliver the software reliably to customers. • Break work into small, reviewable chunks for incremental delivery. • Write unit and integration tests to validate code behavior and ensure feature reliability. • Test, optimize, and maintain the application for security, performance, and accessibility requirements. • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Design and Leadership teams to improve the application. • Actively participate in code reviews: by giving specific, constructive feedback. • Understand work domain, sharing knowledge frequently and contributing to documentation. • Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve blockers to unblock their work. • Take initiative in project-level discussions and encourage adoption of better practices through example. • Seek guidance to increase your own experience. • Lead discovery and scoping conversations with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria • Translate complex requirements into clear, structured Statements of Work (SOWs) that set the right expectations and protect both the customer and Storyblok • Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and commercial terms in partnership with Sales and Customer Success • Ensure every engagement is set up for success before a single line of code is written • Own the relationship with Storyblok's implementation and agency partners throughout the delivery lifecycle • Work closely with partners to ensure they have the context, resources, and direction needed to deliver to scope and standard • Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, managing risk and resolving blockers without losing momentum • Hold partners accountable to quality, timelines, and customer outcomes — without micromanaging the detail • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders up to C-suite level • Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for the client — the person they call when it matters • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, translating complexity into clarity • Represent Storyblok as a trusted advisor in both client and partner settings • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities emerging from active engagements • Support pre-sales activity including scoping workshops, commercial proposals, and client presentations • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Storyblok's PS methodology, SOW templates, and partner engagement frameworks • Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to share implementation insights and inform platform development • Collaborate with CS to ensure a smooth handover from implementation to ongoing adoption and account health • Feed partner and customer feedback into Storyblok's go-to-market and product roadmap conversations

• Own a portfolio of customers — build relationships, understand their needs, and drive account growth. • Deliver timely, professional responses to customer inquiries that set the standard for quality. • Help customers navigate platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues, with support from our technical team. • Surface customer feedback to the right teams to help shape product improvements. • Support the Customer Success Team with key administrative and operational work, including customer records and reporting. • Lead and contribute to Customer Success projects that improve processes, tactics, and engagement.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the UK&I market • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives. • Shape and refine Storyblok's sales concept for the UK&I target market • Oversee sales activities in existing and new markets within UK&I • Guide the team in forecasting and negotiating complex deals • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans to capitalize on them • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management • Continuously optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics • Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections for the UK&I region • Participate in cross-functional initiatives (eg. Marketing, Partners, DACH, AMER and Global BDR, EMEA and Global AE) to align sales strategies with overall business goals • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management

• Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that make complex product capabilities feel intuitive and compelling. • Design motion graphics and UI animations that bring Storyblok’s workflows, features, and value propositions to life - clearly and on-brand • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to transform new feature launches and strategic initiatives into compelling visual stories. • Lead and evolve Storyblok's video design system, including motion principles, templates, intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, and reusable assets used across product videos, webinars, customer stories, events, and social media. • Produce and edit video content for a variety of formats and channels, ensuring consistency with Storyblok's visual identity and brand standards. • Work with internal teams and external vendors to plan and produce high-quality video across campaigns, webinars, events, and launches.

• Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies (e.g TypeScript, Vue, Vite, etc). • Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, from reviewing product requirements to deliver the software reliably to customers. • Autonomously design, implement and release frontend features by building modular and reusable components, taking ownership of technical decisions with minimal guidance. • Implement automated testing integrated into our development and maintenance workflows. • Test, optimize and update our application continuously for security, performance, and reliability. • Develop a thorough knowledge of our code base and domain, proactively share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to documentation. • Help rapidly fix bugs and solve problems for our customers. • Work closely with our leadership, product owners, designers, and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess trade-offs and translate them into technical solutions. • Actively participate in code reviews and help with mentoring of more junior engineers in an open, respectful, and emphatic manner. • Act as a strong team player, helping teammates overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and help ship projects successfully.

• Own projects end-to-end with clarity, technical excellence, and accountability, ensuring high-quality standards across teams. • Act as a bar raiser, elevating quality and coding standards, promoting engineering excellence, and driving continuous improvement. • Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable automated tests across frontend and backend using Playwright and TypeScript. • Think strategically about test automation; collaborate with developers to ensure balanced test coverage within the testing pyramid. • Contribute to and evolve the overall testing strategy, improving QA processes and metrics. • Prepare and review test plans to validate both functional and non-functional requirements. • Perform manual and exploratory testing; document, track, and verify defects to ensure product excellence. • Analyze test results and monitor key testing metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. • Participate actively in project kick-offs to understand requirements, anticipate risks, and influence testability from the earliest stages. • Advocate for user experience and product quality, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering to align QA goals with delivery outcomes. • Identify and communicate issues, risks, or dependencies early, escalating to product leadership when necessary. • Mentor and support teammates, fostering an open, empathetic environment that encourages learning, feedback, and high-quality automation practices.
