Role Description We are looking for a senior engineer to join a brownfield product environment and help evolve a modern full-stack application with a strong focus on backend reliability, cloud architecture, and secure development practices. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain production software across the frontend and backend, with a primary focus on TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Next.js. You will work in an AWS-based environment and contribute to systems that must be reliable, secure, and maintainable at scale. Qualifications - 5+ years of production software engineering experience. - Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Next.js. - Proven experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and IAM. - Experience working in brownfield or legacy codebases. - Security-aware engineering mindset, with familiarity with NIST 800-53 or comparable security frameworks. - Practical knowledge of AWS Security Hub, CIS benchmarks, or similar cloud security standards. - Experience using AI coding tools critically, with emphasis on validation and sound engineering judgment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
