Deployment Project Coordinator
Megaport
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects. • Maintain and update project tracking systems, including Jira, Confluence, and the internal intranet. • Monitor resource availability and effectively allocate project tasks. • Participate in daily stand-ups and project syncs with a global team. • Generate weekly status reports and document critical project minutes. • Liaise with external vendors and customers to track deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks. • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks to leadership as needed. • Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects.
- Obtains or is working towards a Scrum Master or PMP certification.
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team members.
- Have experience working with third parties, vendors and customers.
- Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- JIRA and Confluence experience (ideal).
- Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment is highly desirable, preferably from a networking or telecommunication background.
