Onboarding Project Manager

Role Description The Onboarding Project Manager / Onboarding Systems Lead is responsible for the implementation and management of the onboarding system, Enboarder, through 2027. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts on Enboarder implementation. - Supporting all aspects of the go-live of software implementation. - Cultivating strong relationships and delivering easy-to-understand solutions. - Managing projects related to people operations and new initiatives aligned with the organization's growth. Ongoing responsibilities include: - Answering onboarding system questions from employees and managers. - Serving as Enboarder SME and platform admin/platform owner; advising stakeholders on current system configuration. - Using Enboarder to manage onboarding surveys, analyze data, and deliver insights to improve the new hire experience. - Formally reporting findings to HR and Operational leadership teams quarterly with recommendations and data narrative. - Owning and updating Enboarder and internal/external onboarding SOPs. - Being accountable for the end-to-end onboarding system and process from preboarding through an employee's first 90 days, including ongoing process improvement. - Partnering with stakeholders to update links and documents on a quarterly and ad hoc basis. - Leading a quarterly review of all onboarding collateral including employee-facing links and documents and internal/external guides and SOPs. - Supporting, developing, and implementing HR infrastructure, including employee handbooks and compliant people practices. - Advising the management team and supporting employees with workplace issues and concerns. - Applying in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. - Coaching others and sharing in-depth knowledge of job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. - Leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. - Impacting a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. - Working within broad guidelines and policies. - Explaining difficult or sensitive information. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. - Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. - Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. - Strong and proven project management skill set. - Open to ongoing system and document management. - Proven experience working with and quickly mastering systems. - Proven experience implementing a new system and refining system functionality post-implementation. - Detail-oriented, critical thinker who is solutions focused. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. - Sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Requirements - Minimum salary for the Onboarding Project Manager position is $85,000 annually (or $40.86 per hour). - Maximum salary for the Onboarding Project Manager position is $95,000 annually (or $45.67 per hour). - The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
