Business Development Representative
Maya HTT
• Research and identify target accounts and personas within priority industries (engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations). • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified discovery meetings. • Engage multiple stakeholders (technical and business) to uncover needs, initiatives, and timing. • Qualify opportunities and route high-quality meetings/opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure. • Collaborate with Sales Executives and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities and strong meeting preparation. • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and ensure fast, consistent follow-up on inbound and campaign-generated leads. • Attend industry events or webinars to build relationships and represent Maya HTT. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity, interactions, and next steps in Salesforce. • Track progress against activity and pipeline goals; continuously improve messaging and outreach based on results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fully bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French.
- Strong interest in digital transformation, and cutting-edge technologies is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and prospecting platforms.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support, ideally within a technology, engineering, AI or industrial services environment, is an asset.
- Solid prospecting skills and a pipeline-creation mindset.
- Hunter mindset with a Challenger sales approach.
