Senior Analyst, GTM Strategy & Operations

• Own and refine the end-to-end sales funnel and operational metric tracking process, delivering continuous, proactive insights to the business and ensuring the organization is operating with maximum efficiency. • Design, build, and optimize reporting structures (including weekly/monthly KPI trackers and QBR inputs) to provide the leadership team with an immediate, clear pulse on business health. • Serve as the go-to expert for analytic support, leveraging your deep skills in Excel modeling and SQL knowledge to solve complex business problems and manage ad hoc strategic projects (data extraction, aggregation, manipulation, and modeling) while leveraging other tools as necessary (Salesforce, Tableau). • Go beyond reporting to deliver executive-level strategic analysis and deep dives, translating complex data into clear, actionable business strategies that influence leadership decisions and direct the GTM organization's long-term vision.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a high-growth environment within Sales/Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
  • You have a track record of driving significant, measurable business outcomes.
  • You are passionately curious about data, utilizing exceptional Excel modeling skills and experience in SQL (joins, subqueries) to extract and synthesize insights from large datasets.
  • Demonstrated success in taking complex, ambiguous problems, using data to find the root cause, and translating those findings into clear, persuasive, and actionable strategies.
  • A desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and proactively identify opportunities for process and strategy improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The Associate Director, Media Analytics is responsible for developing data-driven solutions for clients, focusing on report automation, analysis, and insights to enhance the effectiveness of brand and performance media initiatives.
