Commercial Product Marketing Manager
Tava Health
• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for employer/commercial initiatives, including launch planning, stakeholder alignment, and readiness. • Build launch narratives and rollout plans across internal and external audiences, including milestone communications and packaging of assets. • Translate product changes into clear, compelling value for HR leaders and other commercial stakeholders. • Develop and maintain segmented commercial messaging frameworks tailored to key buyer personas such as EAP, Health Plan Partners, Care Navigation Partners, and TPA Partners. • Manage the creation of customer-facing collateral including one-pagers, product explainers, web copy updates, and onboarding resources. • Draft and maintain help content and knowledge base articles for employer- and partner-facing audiences. • Build and maintain a "source of truth" for commercial GTM assets, including product overview decks, training walkthroughs, release notes, and internal docs. • Drive adoption of enablement materials with the commercial team and keep them current after launch. • Support company-level narratives that ladder up to commercial strategy.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS; experience supporting sales or revenue teams required.
- Proven GTM ownership: you've run launches, built messaging frameworks, and created enablement materials.
- Strong writing and narrative skills: you can make complex workflows feel simple, valuable, and urgent.
- Organized and proactive: you build systems, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early.
- Collaborative by nature: comfortable partnering across Product, Sales, CS, Support and Marketing to drive clarity and execution.

Job Description: This position is remote-friendly. The Associate Director, Media Analytics is responsible for developing data-driven solutions for clients, focusing on report automation, analysis, and insights to enhance the effectiveness of brand and performance media initiatives. The Associate Director works together with a broader team to manage data and insight delivery processes, drive innovation, and ensure all around team success.
