• Inbound Lead Qualification • Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events and other channels • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and level of interest • Qualify leads against ideal customer profiles and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives • Nurture early-stage leads through personalized follow-ups and content sharing • Outbound Prospecting • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within ideal customer profiles • Execute outbound campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels • Generate interest, set qualified meetings, and build strong top-of-funnel opportunities • Maintain consistent activity levels and meet weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline creation • Collaboration & Reporting • Partner closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective sales follow-up • Track all activities and prospect information accurately in the CRM system • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to support overall sales strategy

• Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging aligned to security buyer pain points. • Conduct market, buyer, and competitive research to inform strategy and GTM execution. • Own and lead product launches, including cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Marketing. • Build and maintain sales enablement materials (battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, etc.). • Partner with Product on pricing, packaging, and market validation initiatives. • Plan and execute webinars (thought leadership, product demos, release launches), including messaging, promotion alignment, and follow-up enablement. • Drive content strategy and execution for your product line — including datasheets, solution briefs, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and technical content in collaboration with SMEs. • Collaborate with demand generation to integrate product messaging into campaigns, paid programs, events, and digital channels. • Support analyst briefings, industry events, and customer presentations as a product subject matter expert. • Monitor adoption, win/loss data, usage trends, and campaign performance; refine messaging based on data and customer feedback. • Understand and document the customer journey and influence internal strategy based on buyer insights.

• Cloud & Infrastructure Security - Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with secure defaults, ensuring least privilege access and robust cloud configurations. • Vulnerability Management - Hunt for weaknesses, perform threat modeling, prioritize remediation, and guide engineering teams on how to fix discovered flaws. • Incident Response & Monitoring - Monitor live systems, investigate security anomalies, and respond to breaches. • Develop, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in a GCP cloud-based environment. • Lead the development and enforcement of security architecture and operational best practices. • Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies across environments. • Define and execute on security roadmaps (e.g., threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, IAM policies). • Partner with developers to shift security and reliability left into the SDLC. • Support compliance and audit initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001). • Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for DBs, Servers, containers, and applications using DevSecOps tools to include Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, ArgoCD. • Develop integration interfaces using Python, Bash and Go. • Deploy and maintain complex modern cloud architectures. • Create automated testing plans for infrastructure and applications. • Create and update technical documentation (e.g. user guides, infrastructure diagrams). • Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows. • Work and communicate effectively in a group environment with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally. • Utilize robust troubleshooting skills. • Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing. • Develop/engineer as part of an Agile team.

• Own and evolve the company’s security strategy, ensuring it directly supports our GTM motion and customer trust requirements • Lead and manage a SecOps team of ~5, setting clear priorities, processes, and development plans • Drive and maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance (and prepare for additional frameworks as needed, e.g., GDPR support, customer security reviews) • Act as the primary security partner for Sales, Customer Success, and Product—supporting security questionnaires, audits, and customer conversations • Design, implement, and monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and internal systems • Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and real-world response when needed • Own internal IT responsibilities as they arise, including identity/access management, endpoint security, tooling, and vendor relationships • Establish scalable policies, documentation, and risk management practices appropriate for a fast-growing startup • Stay pragmatic: balance strong security with speed, usability, and business impact

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, targeting, to close for enterprise-level customers • Develop and execute regional account strategies to drive new business across the West Coast • Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management • Meet established contract volume and revenue targets for new business • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored demos and solutions • Build strong, consultative relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and security teams • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups • Contribute feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PlexTrac’s product, competitor products and technologies and industry trends

• Design, develop, and maintain software components across the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers • Build and evolve scalable, maintainable UI architecture using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React), contributing to shared component libraries and frontend infrastructure • Build and maintain robust, scalable APIs to support application functionality, system integrations, and external partners • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring long-term, maintainable solutions • Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to internal and external development teams, helping uphold engineering standards • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and vendor offerings; evaluate and recommend tools or solutions when appropriate • Identify and implement process improvements, coding standards, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and software quality • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of projects • Contribute to task planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation within the development lifecycle • Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent production issues and high-priority incidents
