Senior Director, Global Product Marketing

• Own and evolve the company-wide product marketing vision aligned to ThreatDown’s long-term growth strategy. • Define and continuously refine differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks across target personas (CISOs, IT leaders, MSPs, VARs, and mid-market decision-makers). • Translate complex security technologies (endpoint protection, EDR/MDR, threat detection and response, AI-driven security) into compelling, customer-centric narratives. • Shape portfolio strategy in partnership with Product leadership, influencing roadmap prioritization with market and buyer insights. • Lead end-to-end global GTM strategy for major product launches, feature releases, pricing and packaging updates. • Establish scalable launch processes, success metrics, and post-launch accountability tied to pipeline, adoption, and revenue outcomes. • Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, web, sales, partners, and field marketing. • Partner with Demand Generation to translate positioning into high-performing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Build and institutionalize competitive intelligence frameworks that directly impact win rates and field effectiveness. • Lead win/loss analysis, customer research, and usage insights to inform strategy and improve market positioning. • Represent ThreatDown with industry analysts and influencers, strengthening market credibility and category leadership. • Deliver executive-level sales enablement strategies, including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, and training. • Partner with Revenue leadership to improve deal velocity, competitive win rates, and average selling price. • Ensure the field is confident, equipped, and aligned to our core value narrative. • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product marketing team. • Establish operational rigor, prioritization frameworks, and scalable processes to support rapid growth. • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, contributing to annual planning and long-range growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with deep expertise in cybersecurity (endpoint security, EDR/MDR, threat detection and response, managed security services).
  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-impact product marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning company-level positioning, GTM strategy, and competitive differentiation in complex markets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
  • Track record of measurable revenue impact through product launches and positioning strategy.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills—able to communicate effectively with both deeply technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working within a process-driven environment to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).

The Associate Director, Media Analytics is responsible for developing data-driven solutions for clients, focusing on report automation, analysis, and insights to enhance the effectiveness of brand and performance media initiatives.
