Job Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling complex operational organizations
- Experience leading operations at a high-growth startup, ideally from Series A through subsequent stages of scale
- Strong operational judgment, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, simplify complexity, and build systems that scale
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent business intuition and a habit of using metrics to improve organizational performance
- Comfortable moving between long-term strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communicator who builds trust quickly and influences effectively across functions
- Strong project and program management skills with exceptional organizational discipline
- Experience with multi-state healthcare operations, licensing, compliance, or credentialing
