Technical Program Manager – Rack Delivery

• Drive cross-functional coordination between rack manufacturing, deployment operations, and site readiness programs. • Manage operational execution across rack contract manufacturers including CTB tracking, build planning, and escalations. • Coordinate rack delivery timelines against infrastructure deployment readiness milestones. • Partner with sustaining manufacturing engineering teams on RCCA tracking and operational issue resolution. • Translate strategic planning and deployment inputs into actionable SKU-level manufacturing and delivery schedules. • Drive execution across multiple concurrent deployment programs with shifting priorities and timelines. • Develop operational mechanisms, reporting, and tracking systems to improve manufacturing and deployment visibility. • Partner across Infrastructure Strategy, Deployment, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Capacity Planning organizations.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing operations, hardware operations, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Have experience managing large-scale hardware manufacturing or supply chain programs.
  • Are comfortable operating across manufacturing, logistics, deployment, and infrastructure readiness workflows.
  • Have experience working with contract manufacturers, build planning, or deployment execution.
  • Can drive structured execution in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
  • Have strong operational rigor and escalation management skills.
  • Are highly cross-functional and can align technical and operational stakeholders effectively.
  • Communicate clearly across executive, operational, and engineering audiences.
