Technical Project Manager – MSP

SWK Technologies, Inc.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules and budgets, lead end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closeout. • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, service level agreements and quality standards • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, executives, and technical teams, serving as point of contact and manage client expectations, communicate project progress, risks, issues and milestones clearly and effectively • Collaborate with engineers, solutions architects and service delivery teams to define technical requirements and project scope • Coordinate implementations involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Infrastructure, Network and security solutions, data center migrations, backup and disaster recovery solutions • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve client satisfaction, project delivery, and operational efficiency • Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
  • Experience within a Managed Services Provider environment, using project management and ticketing tools
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Modern Work a plus
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus
  • Experience with HaloPSA a plus
