Content Marketing Manager

RemotelyTalents

Role Description Build the organic growth engine behind a fast-growing DTC jewelry brand. Organic marketing is our biggest growth channel. Nearly all of our traffic comes from content, social media, and search—and we're looking for someone who can take it to the next level. This is not a social media manager role. You'll own how customers discover Azura organically by combining content strategy, SEO, AI search visibility, and organic social into one cohesive growth engine. If you love spotting trends before everyone else, understand why some content goes viral while other content flops, and enjoy turning data into creative strategy, this role is for you. Your Mission: - Make the brand the most discoverable fantasy jewelry brand online. - Own our organic growth strategy across content, SEO, AI search (LLMs), social media, and community. - Decide what content we create, why we create it, and how it drives business growth. What You'll Do - Content Strategy (50%) - Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns. - Develop content ideas, messaging, storytelling angles, briefs, hooks, scripts, and creative direction. - Turn product launches into stories people want to share. - Define our organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. - Research trends, customer behavior, and viral content opportunities. - Work closely with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer, providing AI image briefs, shot lists, story concepts, and creative direction. - You won't create every asset—you'll decide what should be created and why. - SEO & Organic Search (35%) - Own and continuously improve our organic search performance through: - Keyword research - Product & collection page optimization - Blog strategy - Internal linking - Technical SEO recommendations - Search performance analysis - Identifying new growth opportunities - AI Search & LLM Visibility (15%) - Help make Azura discoverable in the next generation of search. - Develop strategies around: - AI search optimization (ChatGPT & LLMs) - Reddit and community marketing - Structured content & Q&A pages - Entity building - High-authority content - Brand mentions and citations Qualifications - 4+ years in Content Marketing, SEO, or Organic Growth - Experience building content strategies that drive measurable business results - Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization - Experience growing brands through organic social - Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills - A strong analytical mindset—you understand why content performs, not just what performed - Experience using AI tools as a strategic thought partner, not just for content generation - Confidence making independent decisions with minimal direction - DTC or eCommerce experience within lifestyle, beauty or jewelry niches Bonus Points For - Shopify - Pinterest SEO - Reddit/community marketing - GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush What Success Looks Like - Organic traffic and SEO rankings continue to grow. - More customers discover the brand through search, social, and AI platforms. - Product launches become engaging stories—not just announcements. - Content consistently drives meaningful engagement and business results. - AI search tools increasingly reference the brand. - You can confidently explain why one piece of content will outperform another, not just after the fact, but before it's published.
