Program Leader, Network Coordinator – High School Study Abroad
CIEE Barcelona
• Coordinate recruitment in partnership with the Program Leader Network Manager and International Staff; manage applicant communications, schedule interviews, support candidate screening and selection processes, and collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate onboarding and hiring • Coordinate onboarding communications and resources for newly hired Program Leaders; maintain and update Canvas training courses, coordinate virtual training sessions, and confirm completion to ensure Program Leaders are prepared for program delivery • Coordinate Program Leader and chaperone travel logistics, flight arrangements, and travel communications • Maintain regular communications with current and former Program Leaders through engagement initiatives; support referral programs, alumni outreach, recognition efforts, and community-building activities that strengthen the Program Leader network • Partner with Sales and other internal stakeholders to support student recruitment initiatives, Program Leader referrals, educator outreach, and successful program delivery through effective communication and coordination • Support Program Leader evaluation processes by administering surveys, compiling feedback, maintaining performance records, and assisting with data collection and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement • Maintain accurate Program Leader, applicant, and alumni records within Salesforce and other systems; prepare reports, track recruitment, training, staffing, and engagement metrics, support documentation and workflow improvements, and ensure data integrity across Program Leader operations • Participate in annual in-person trainings and ongoing professional development; provide operational support during travel weekends in the summer and peak program periods, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities as needed; perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- One or more years of professional experience in recruitment, customer service, human resources, program coordination, education, sales, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM or database systems; Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience using learning management systems such as Canvas is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- International travel or study abroad experience is preferred
