Job Description
Recruiting – People Operations Associate
Human Interest
• Own the end-to-end interview lifecycle for the Talent Acquisition team, managing complex, multi-time zone calendars with speed and precision. • Act as a power user for Greenhouse, ensuring all requisitions, candidate stages, templates, and interview plans are updated, compliant, and optimized for data reporting. • Support the rollout and maintenance of recruiting tools (e.g., BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter) and maintain a "Systems Playbook" that documents standard operating procedures to ensure team-wide consistency. • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and propose operational solutions to improve hiring velocity. • Own the "Pre-Hire to Hire" journey, managing the seamless hand-off from Greenhouse to Workday. This includes ensuring 100% data accuracy for new hire profiles and headcount tracking across both platforms. • Lead the I-9 verification process and conduct regular audits of employee digital files to ensure we are always audit-ready. • Partner with stakeholders in IT, L&D, and Facilities to ensure a flawless "hand-off" from the recruiting stage to the first day of onboarding. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, managing Tier 1 People Team tickets with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution. • Oversee the employee referral program, tracking eligibility and coordinating with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate bonus payouts.
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Ops, or an Administrative role within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Greenhouse is essential; you understand how to manage the flow of data between an ATS and an HRIS.
- You take pride in "clean data" and understand that a small error in a Workday entry, an I-9 audit, or an offer letter has a significant impact on the employee experience.
- You can solve the "Tetris" of conflicting schedules while maintaining a customer-centric mindset for candidates and hiring managers.
- A solid understanding of onboarding compliance (e.g., I-9s, labor law posters) and a desire to grow your career within the broader People Operations landscape.
- Highly skilled in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace to collaborate effectively across a geographically dispersed team.
Benefits
- A great 401(k) plan: Our own! Our 401(k) includes a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4% of compensation (immediately vested) and $0 plan fees
- Top-of-the-line health plans, as well as dental and vision insurance
