Role Description We’re looking for an Art Director, Advertising to join the Brand Creative team and help shape campaigns that span from video and OTT ads, OOH, to paid social and digital media. - Concept and execute advertising campaigns across video, OTT, OOH, paid social, digital display, and other media channels. - Visually craft the campaign assets—from storyboards and pitch decks to final production. - Art direct video shoots and collaborate with directors, editors, and external production partners. - Design high-volume paid media assets while maintaining creative consistency and high quality. - Bring personality and originality to Vanta’s advertising while ensuring the work maintains trust and clarity. - Collaborate with growth and media teams to align creative with channel strategy and performance goals. - Balance innovation with execution: bring fresh ideas while delivering polished work. Qualifications - BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a similar field. - 8+ years of experience in advertising, including B2B and B2C space. - Proven experience working on commercials, OTT, OOH from concept through post-production. - Experience creating paid media campaigns at scale while maintaining high craft standards. - Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling. - Demonstrated ability to bring personality or humor into campaign work (bonus points for comedy-forward or wit-driven projects). - Production experience and confidence working with directors, photographers, editors, and animators. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work.
