• Lead the creative direction of a fast-scaling AI influencer company generating significant monthly consumer revenue and evolving characters into global internet personalities • Report directly to the CEO and operate as the creative authority shaping the future of AI-native entertainment • Own the narrative, identity, and creative strategy across a growing portfolio of AI influencer brands • Build and lead the creative engine behind 8–12 Brand Managers responsible for scaling multiple creator IPs • Operate in an async-first, fully remote environment designed for autonomy, speed, and ownership • Set creative vision and standards across all brands without day-to-day founder involvement • Translate performance data into creative direction and rapid iteration loops • Drive engagement, growth, and cultural relevance through storytelling and attention strategy • Launch new creator IPs from zero to traction with strong narrative foundations • Establish repeatable creative systems and viral content frameworks • Lead workshops, reviews, and feedback cycles that elevate team performance • Motivate and challenge Brand Managers through clear direction and creative accountability • Maintain full creative context across active and upcoming influencer brands • Produce creative playbooks, briefs, and scalable storytelling frameworks • Operate at the intersection of AI, internet culture, and performance-driven media • Work in a culture prioritizing speed, experimentation, and constant shipping • Participate in a hiring process including portfolio review, interviews, paid trial, and leadership discussion
Job Requirements
- 6+ years leading creative teams with ownership over outcomes and performance
- Experience managing and developing teams of 5–15 creatives or operators
- Proven success scaling internet-native brands, creators, or digital IPs
- Strong authority in directing creative vision and giving performance-driven feedback
- Demonstrated results growing social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of internet culture, storytelling mechanics, and audience psychology
- Ability to connect creative decisions to measurable growth metrics
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, experimental, ambiguity-heavy environments
