Field Technician

TOMRA

• Efficiently deliver on-site service while meeting cost and time objectives. • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations. • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, performing necessary repairs. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support processes. • Carry out installations and adjustments on TOMRA Food equipment as required. • Provide comprehensive training to customers on operation and maintenance of our systems. • Maintain accurate, detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Technical diploma (BAC+2) in electronics, electrotechnics, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and ability to understand spoken and written English (min. B2) are essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Proven experience in preventive and corrective on-site maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international trips, and flexible working hours.
  • Good understanding of IT, networking, and computer setup.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
