• Fournir efficacement des prestations de service sur le terrain en respectant les objectifs de coûts et de délais. • Assurer une performance optimale des machines de tri de TOMRA Food afin de dépasser les attentes des clients. • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'équipement, en effectuant les réparations nécessaires. • Collaborer avec les départements internes afin d'améliorer les processus d'assistance aux clients. • Effectuer des installations et des ajustements sur les équipements TOMRA Food selon les besoins. • Fournir une formation complète aux clients sur le fonctionnement et l'entretien de nos systèmes. • Maintenir des rapports de terrain précis et détaillés pour guider les procédures de suivi administratif.

Job Requirements

  • Formation technique de niveau BAC+2 en électronique, électrotechnique, automatisme, maintenance industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • La maîtrise du français et la capacité de comprendre l'anglais parlé et écrit (min. B2) sont essentielles pour ce poste.
  • D'autres langues sont un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée de la maintenance préventive et corrective sur site.
  • Volonté de voyager jusqu'à 80 % du temps, principalement en France, avec des déplacements occasionnels à l'étranger, et des horaires de travail flexibles.
  • Bonne compréhension de l'informatique, des réseaux et de la configuration des ordinateurs.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
  • Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients, les collègues et la direction.
