VP, Solutions Architecture – Azure

• Lead the strategic growth and evolution of TTEC Digital's Azure practice. • Develop and execute the Azure go-to-market strategy in partnership with sales, delivery, alliances, and executive leadership. • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solution Architects and technical leaders. • Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, bookings attainment, and market expansion. • Create repeatable sales motions, offerings, and industry-specific solutions that accelerate growth. • Develop and strengthen executive relationships across Microsoft. • Partner closely with Microsoft field teams, partner organizations, solution specialists, and alliance leaders to generate opportunities and drive joint success. • Position TTEC Digital as a strategic Microsoft Azure, Data, and AI partner. • Collaborate with Microsoft on co-sell motions, funding opportunities, and strategic client pursuits. • Guide clients through enterprise data modernization initiatives that prepare organizations for AI adoption. • Help clients transform disparate and legacy environments into modern, cloud-based data estates. • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders. • Lead executive-level discussions regarding Azure transformation, data strategy, and AI enablement. • Shape solution strategy for complex client opportunities and oversee architecture direction across major engagements. • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution and client outcomes. • Support strategic pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations. • Partner with sales leadership to build and advance Azure opportunities. • Leverage existing client relationships to drive land-and-expand growth strategies. • Help identify opportunities across TTEC's established customer base and Microsoft ecosystem. • Contribute to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and executive relationship management.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years leading consulting, solution architecture, cloud, or data organizations for Microsoft services partner.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence clients, partners, and senior leaders.
- Deep Microsoft Azure expertise and established relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience leading initiatives involving: Data modernization and cloud transformation, Modern data estates and data lake architectures, Azure Data & AI platforms, Data governance and analytics, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI, and Power BI solutions
- Demonstrated success growing revenue, pipeline, and consulting practices.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and scalable service offerings.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of professional services businesses.
- Exceptional ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead complex transformation initiatives.
