Solution Engineer, ValueOps

• Collaborate closely with customers to ensure they are achieving value from our solutions • Perform value alignment with strategic customers • Build relationships across customer's or partner's IT and business silos • Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers • Maintain good understanding of the Agile Operations Divisions (AOD) capabilities/products across entire portfolio • Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline
  • Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
  • Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems
  • Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements, and then translate those requirements into a working application
  • A broad understanding of business and IT management
  • Strong presentation skills, including software demonstration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
