Job Description
Social Program Manager
OLIVER Agency - North America
Role Description As Social Program Manager, you'll act as the eyes and ears of LinkedIn. You'll monitor platform trends, identify content opportunities, and match them against weekly brand priorities — then work across internal teams and subject matter experts to gather the insights needed to bring those opportunities to life. You'll think in formats — knowing when a post, a comment, a reshare, or a long-form piece is the right move — and you'll present your recommendations in a way that respects executives' time and communication preferences. Your success depends as much on how you work with people as on what you find. What you will be doing: - Manage recurring executive content distribution programs, including newsletters, content roundups, and rapid-response communications that enable executives to amplify timely thought leadership and company news. - Maintain and evolve executive social media enablement resources, including playbooks, profile optimization guidance, and self-service social toolkits. - Monitor LinkedIn daily to identify emerging trends, conversations, and content opportunities relevant to the client's industry and audience. - Cross-reference platform trends with weekly brand priorities to surface the most timely and relevant content angles for executives. - Coordinate with internal subject matter experts, spokespeople, and stakeholders to gather insights, perspectives, and supporting information. - Develop clear, concise content recommendations — including format options — tailored to each executive's voice, audience, and objectives. - Prepare executive briefing materials that make it easy for senior leaders to understand the opportunity and decide how to respond. - Create briefings for the creative team to develop different assets. - Build and maintain a structured system for tracking trends, content ideas, and executive feedback over time. - Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously — following up proactively, respecting response times, and keeping the program moving. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm, formats, and professional audience behaviors. Qualifications - Experience designing and managing operational processes, approval workflows, stakeholder touchpoints, and content governance frameworks for multi-stakeholder programs. - Demonstrated experience supporting executive communications — understanding how senior leaders communicate, what they need, and how to make their lives easier. - Strong social intelligence — able to read LinkedIn trends quickly, assess their relevance, and connect them to brand and business priorities. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise executive-ready briefs and recommendations. - Confident coordinator — comfortable reaching out to and managing responses from multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and subject matter experts. - Deep understanding of LinkedIn's content formats, platform dynamics, and professional audience behaviors. - Experience developing content format recommendations across organic social — knowing when and why different formats serve different purposes. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to track multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder threads simultaneously. - Experience with social listening and analytics tools such as LinkedIn Analytics, Sprinklr. Requirements - Req ID: 18194 - #LI-JW1 #LI-MIDSENIOR Benefits - Salary Range: $80,750 — $90,250 CAD Company Description OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected. Role Description This role will build and manage Movement Labs' distributed Neighborhood Captains program. The goal of the program is to test whether we can scale the concept of neighborhood captains (similar to traditional precinct captains) in a distributed, yet additive, way, supporting hundreds of county parties across the country to move vote share and ultimately flip several congressional seats. This is a localized Field Persuasion Program. We will recruit volunteer captains across hundreds of districts, each of whom will own a list of roughly 50 voters. Captains will live in the same community as the voters they're reaching, making contact with them a number of times before the election. Responsibilities - Build and manage the distributed Neighborhood Captains program end-to-end, scaling it across hundreds of county parties nationwide. - Directly manage a program deputy who owns training and the front-of-house captain and volunteer experience. - Design and own the program's digital infrastructure: onboarding flows, communication cadences. - Build and maintain systems to track program health, report on key metrics, and monitor performance across the country. - Use data to inform decisions and surface insights and recommendations to leadership. - Partner with your deputy to recruit, train, and support volunteer captains, each of whom will own a list of roughly 50 voters in their own community. - Foster a team culture that is inclusive, celebratory, and built to withstand the pressure of a campaign environment. - Find creative solutions to digital issues as they arise to keep the program moving under tight deadlines. Qualifications - 3–4 years working on political candidate campaigns in digital and/or volunteer management roles. - Data fluency & technological proficiency: comfortable working with data managers to interpret outreach metrics and using tracking platforms to identify regional trends or underperformance; able to troubleshoot mobile applications for your team in the field. - Digitally fluent, fast learner: you pick up new software quickly, think in systems, and are genuinely excited about how digital tools can amplify organizing. - Project management: you can hold a lot of moving parts, prioritize well under pressure, and know when to ask for help in a fast-moving environment. - Experience managing staff in a campaign environment. - Familiarity with how county Democratic parties typically work and the volunteer experience in those settings. - Comfortable with, and energized by, the pace and pressure of a campaign environment with tough, tight deadlines. - Preferred: experience on a congressional campaign running a strong field program. Benefits - Annual salary of $80,000 (Program Manager, Level 3). - Work-life stipend of $700/month pre-tax to support employees during our highest-intensity work period, starting August 1 (prorated for partial months). - Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) matching. - Remote-first culture with teammates across the country. - Possible on-call requirements. - This is a temporary cycle role, running through December 15, 2026. - This position is eligible for the collective bargaining unit.
