Licensing Manager
Super7
• Maintain accurate records of all active and pending licensing agreements, renewals, and key deal terms on various platforms. • Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of contracts, amendments, and deal memos. • Support licensor line planning requirements, submission calendars, and approval workflows. • Build and maintain visual line plans and product matrices for key licensing partnerships. • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure license compliance and alignment with contractual obligations. • Manage digital filing systems and licensing databases, ensuring documentation is current and audit-ready. • Track key milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements across licensing partners. • Assist with research, competitive analysis, and coordination for new licensing opportunities. • Support Product Development with licensor communications and submission coordination as needed. • Support the VP of Business Development & Licensing in partner communications and meeting preparation, with increasing participation and responsibility over time.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in licensing, consumer products, or entertainment-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with databases or licensing management systems is a plus.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential agreements and materials.
- Experience working with licensed brands and understanding of approval processes is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Interest in developing client/partner-facing experience within a licensing or brand environment.
- Passion for pop culture, collectibles, toys, or creative brands is highly desirable.
