Role Description The Training Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting SAP, procurement workflows, and expense management systems (e.g., Concur). This role ensures enterprise-wide adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency by equipping employees with the knowledge and tools required to execute procurement and financial processes effectively. The position partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations leaders to align training strategies with business objectives and drive ongoing process improvement. - This is a remote role with heavy travel. - The selected candidate must live near a major metro airport hub and be in the EST or CST time zone (e.g., ATL, DFW, ORD, CLT, PHL, MIA). - Travel: 70+% travel to any of our USA locations based on business needs and subject to change. - Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience (6+ years) and a high school diploma. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP training role/function related to finance, accounting, or procurement processes. - Demonstrated experience with purchase order processes and financial workflows. - Experience developing and delivering structured training programs. - Hands-on experience with SAP, including purchase order creation and approval processes. - Experience with Concur Travel & Expense or similar expense management systems. - Experience using Scribe or similar process documentation tools. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial controls. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. - Must be located in a major airline hub within the Central or Eastern time zone (e.g., ATL, DFW, ORD, CLT, PHL, MIA). Requirements - Advanced proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Concur, and SAP SAC analytics tools. - Experience in a multi-site, high-growth, or logistics/distribution environment. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training analytics/reporting. - Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or enterprise rollouts. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex system processes into user-friendly training content. • Serve as a Senior SAP PP Functional Consultant, performing analysis, configuration, and support of Production Planning modules. • Gather requirements from clients and translate them into technical and functional SAP PP solutions. • Perform integration with other SAP modules, ensuring process consistency. • Support the team and clients in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide functional and technical support to our clients during migrations and transformations in SAP and non‑SAP environments • Develop strategies and concepts for data migrations, including data volume management and compliance requirements • Analyze existing system landscapes and derive optimal migration paths • Prepare and conduct client workshops to develop migration concepts and present the results • Design concepts for highly automated, secure, and efficient migrations using the Natuvion Data Conversion Suite (DCS) • Advance methods and best practices in data migration and data management

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of complex SD processes • Independently analyze, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions • Develop and maintain detailed business process documents (BPDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs) • Configure SAP SD master data including customer masters and material masters • Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support • Troubleshoot issues related to sales processes and invoicing
