• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital monetization strategy • Identify, pitch and manage strategic partnerships with sponsors and corporate partners • Optimize existing revenue streams and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with BCO teams in tech, editorial and marketing, to ensure successful execution of monetization initiatives • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for monetization features • Ensure compliance with industry standards and non-profit regulations

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands on experience in digital media, sponsorships and marketing
  • Experience working with digital agencies
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using various digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proven track record of budget & planning management
  • Experience interpreting analytic reports and producing actionable insights
  • Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams
  • Non-profit experience strongly preferred
  • Health-related experience a plus

Role Description Lumen is seeking a Policy Enablement Manager, Enterprise Policy Enablement – BPAC to support the Business Policy Acceleration Council (BPAC), a growing initiative focused on removing friction and improving how business policies are communicated and adopted across the organization. As BPAC scales, this role will serve as a dedicated resource supporting the translation of policy decisions into clear, actionable communications and enablement materials. The position focuses on ensuring policies are well understood, consistently communicated, and effectively implemented across teams. Reporting to the Manager, Operations – Rhythm of Business, this role partners with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison across organizations, adapting messaging for different audiences and helping drive clarity, consistency, and transparency in how policies are rolled out. Main Responsibilities - BPAC Execution & Program Support - Support execution of the BPAC operating model, helping ensure consistency in how policy decisions are documented and communicated. - Maintain and update centralized policy documentation, decision logs, and execution trackers. - Assist in capturing policy decisions, constraints, and required actions in a structured and accessible format. - Partner with existing program support resources to ensure smooth coordination as policy volume grows. - Communication & Message Development - Develop clear, audience-appropriate messaging that explains policy changes, rationale, and required actions. - Translate complex policy concepts into practical, easy-to-understand communications. - Adapt messaging for different audiences, ranging from senior leaders (VP/EVP) to frontline teams. - Serve as a liaison across organizations to ensure consistent understanding of policy intent. - Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support alignment on policy implications and execution expectations. - Assist in preparing materials that clarify decisions and outline next steps. - Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine messaging and improve clarity. - Change Enablement & Adoption Support - Support the rollout of policy changes through structured communication and enablement materials. - Help identify appropriate communication channels to reach different audiences. - Develop tools and resources that help teams incorporate policy changes into daily workflows. - Reinforce messaging over time to support adoption and adherence. - Policy Documentation Support - Draft and refine policy documentation based on BPAC decisions, ensuring clarity and consistency. - Apply templates and standards to maintain uniformity across policy outputs. - Support quality reviews to ensure documentation accurately reflects intent and includes key elements (e.g., scope, guardrails, escalation paths). - Tracking & Continuous Improvement - Track policy rollout and adoption progress across teams. - Identify gaps, friction points, or inconsistencies in communication and execution. - Provide input on improving messaging, documentation, and processes over time. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5+ years of experience in communications, business operations, program coordination, or change enablement within a corporate environment. - Strong message development and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. - Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization. - Exposure to policy-driven or governance environments preferred. - Understanding of change management principles and how to support adoption across diverse teams. - Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. - Solid business acumen, with the ability to understand tradeoffs and implications of policy decisions. - Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority. - Comfort using AI tools for content drafting and refinement.
