• direct and oversee projects throughout their lifecycle • Serve as the liaison between Atlantic Emergency Solutions’ employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors • Provide recommendations to team members • maintaining records, monitoring progress and overseeing change management • Provide onsite support • Communicate closely with internal and external representatives regarding specific vehicles • Respond to questions and concerns noted by Regional Account Managers promptly • Assist with inspections • Communicate and manage workflow of all project stages to ensure project accuracy • Create photo journals during the build process of each project • Travel between multiple plant locations to carry out inspections and track vehicle production • Create organized folders for each vehicle and corresponding documents • Ensure all issues found during final Inspection have been corrected by the manufacture • Thoroughly document all inspections electronically • Stay up to date with manufacturing, assembly and production changes • Perform factory tours for all represented brands • Perform other duties as requested • Position may require up to 10% travel to attend company and manufacturing events
• Maintaining and building new customer relationships • Demonstrating and communicating product specifications and their benefits to customers • Supporting customers from start-to-delivery • Assisting with sales forecasting activities and determining sales objectives • Monitoring and evaluating activities of the competition • Handling multiple/various Refuse specialty products • Traveling to meet with customers, attend meetings/inspections at manufacturing facility, participate in regional trade shows and attend company events
• Capture/create videos, pictures and graphics for social media and websites • Proofing and/or copywriting for social media posts • Work with the Marketing team and SME’s to explore content ideas and demonstrate features/services • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Create engaging visuals that highlight our technicians, service work, equipment, customers, and company culture • Assist with content planning, storyboarding, and organizing media assets • Support various marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, event support, and digital content projects • Represent the company professionally while visiting service centers and interacting with employees and customers • Regional travel to industry events, demonstrations, and various office locations. Occasional overnight travel may be required for multi-day events or shows
