• Maintaining and building new customer relationships • Demonstrating and communicating product specifications and their benefits to customers • Supporting customers from start-to-delivery • Travel required to meet with customers, attend meetings/inspections at manufacturing facility, participate in regional trade shows and attend company events

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities • Meet with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend equipment solutions • Demonstrate products and explain features, specifications, and benefits • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service • Attend customer meetings, inspections, trade shows, manufacturer visits, and company events • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity • Represent Atlantic Emergency Solutions with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process

• Analyzing malfunctions and determining the necessary repairs for fire and emergency equipment • Operate and inspect this equipment and evaluate the best course of action to return the apparatus to a safe operating condition • Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using their own and company provided specialized tooling • Repair, rebuild, overhaul, and replace defective assemblies and components such as gauges, air fittings, plumbing lines and valves, hydraulic lines, various pumps, and basic engine components • Test repaired equipment to ensure operating efficiency and safety prior to releasing the apparatus for duty.

• Inspect, test, and analyze equipment to identify issues that could impact performance • Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative service on SCBA (Scott Air Packs), compressors, purification systems, charge stations, and rescue equipment • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble air packs and related components • Conduct NFPA testing and ensure compliance with safety standards • Troubleshoot and repair compressors and purification systems • Perform system testing, flow testing, and performance evaluations on compressed air systems • Inspect and analyze equipment installations to identify performance or efficiency issues • Calibrate rescue equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards • Plan routes, schedule service calls, and manage time effectively in a mobile environment • Build strong customer relationships and promote maintenance programs, upgrades, and replacement parts • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, testing, and repairs • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards
