• Assist Senior Editors and Creative Directors in shaping video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand films, sizzles, and case studies • Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows • Build rough assemblies and string outs from creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems • Support light color correction, audio leveling, and motion graphics under the guidance of senior editors • Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms • Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms • Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client feedback • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards • Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed • Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices
• Responsible for maintaining a rolling forecast by SKU for the assigned Accounts owning the demand plan. • Act as owner and subject matter expert for Blue Ridge Demand Planning and Forecasting. • Act as subject matter expert for demand planning processes in Blue Ridge Demand Planning, including standard work, documentation and enhancements. • Scope, design and implement updates to Blue Ridge Demand Planning design as business and supply chain footprint evolve. • Partner with Account Leads within each Sales Channel to understand product demands (promotions, marketing events, historical sales, door changes, etc.). • Provide trends, forecast misses and other intelligence to help inform Account Leads within each Sales Channel during Monthly Demand Review. • Support new product launches and account initiatives by analyzing budget/sales inputs and providing Demand Planning recommendation. • Support Supply Planning and Distribution with forecasts to drive production, distribution requirements and capacity analysis.
• Responsible for building structure and executing commercial activities within the international scope. • Act as the liaison between international regions, finance, operations, marketing, and global leadership. • Ensure that regional strategies are executed properly, financially sound, and aligned to global priorities. • Serve as the central commercial go to partner for EU, MEA, UK, LATAM, APAC, and China teams. • Translate global commercial priorities into clear operating frameworks for regions. • Identify gaps between strategy and execution and drive corrective action plans. • Own international commercial performance reporting including sell in, sell out, trade spend, margin, inventory health, and door productivity. • Standardize KPIs, scorecards, and reporting dashboards and cadence across regions. • Prepare executive level materials for leadership, board, and finance reviews. • Highlight risks and opportunities early with clear recommendations by region. • Partner with Finance to maintain international pricing governance and margin discipline. • Ensure pricing execution accuracy across regions and retailers. • Improve customer forecast accuracy by aligning regional plans with demand, launches, and trade calendars. • Act as a senior liaison across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support new product launches by managing operational readiness, timelines, and data accuracy across systems and stakeholders. • Complete and manage purchase order (PO) forms, retail assortments, and launch documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Track and monitor newness orders versus forecast, identify variances, and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams. • Maintain and manage pricing information by retailer, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal approvals. • Communicate directly with retail partners regarding assortments, pricing, orders, and timelines as needed. • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing deadlines and proactively resolving issues that could impact launches or deliveries. • Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, reports, and analyses to support planning, execution, and leadership visibility. • Troubleshoot and audit Excel formulas and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting. • Support strategic planning initiatives focused on international growth and improved sales execution. • Collaborate closely with Customer Operations, Demand Planning, Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution across functions. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Benchmarking and understanding of pricing positioning and competitive elements for reach retailer and region.
