In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development. We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to help us build and scale how we engage and equip our Bevi partners. In this role, you’ll create repeatable programs, tools, and training that ensure every partner has what they need to successfully represent Bevi. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to translate strategy into practical resources, enabling our partners to expand Bevi’s reach and deliver sustained customer growth. The Partner Enablement Manager and owns the strategy and execution of programs that enable partners to effectively prospect, sell, and retain Bevi clients. This role is highly cross-functional and hands-on, responsible for onboarding partners, activating them with the latest content and tools, and ensuring a seamless experience across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product. This is a role designed for a builder-operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your Day to DayPartner Onboarding & Training - Own and deliver end-to-end partner onboarding programs, including user journeys, communications, and engagement cadences. - Design and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs that ensure partners are confident positioning Bevi’s products and value proposition. - Coordinate and attend on-site partner training programs in collaboration with Sales and Operations. - Build and scale a "train-the-trainer" model to extend partner education to Partner’s internal Enablement teams and Bevi sellers. - Create and execute partner webinars, including setup, delivery, and follow-up. - Owning the delivery of the Partner newsletters to ensure partners are informed about the latest product updates, etc. - Serving as the “air traffic controller” for the internal partner resource library to ensure sellers have all the external marketing materials needed Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration - Build and foster strong relationships with partner marketing teams. - Collaborate closely with Bevi internal Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product teams to translate updates into partner-ready messaging and resources. - Act as a strategic business partner to partner marketing teams, clearly articulating "what’s in it for me" (WIIFM). - Foster strong alignment between internal sales teams and Bevi partners to create a seamless partner and customer journey. Requirements - 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement/marketing, partnerships, or related roles in a B2B environment. - Strong understanding of sales processes and partner/channel ecosystems. - Proven ability to create partner sales content, tools, and training programs that drive measurable results. - Experience in building out training programs via a Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Hands-on operator who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build, execute, and iterate. - Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts for partners and internal stakeholders. - Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program success and continuously improving performance. - Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data. *For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.
