Lifecycle Marketing Assistant

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns. • Create and manage visually appealing email templates using our email platform's (iterable) drag-and-drop editor and basic HTML coding. • Set up and optimize automated email flows, campaigns, and track links. • Monitor and manage the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding emails to relevant teams. • Analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other campaign performance indicators. • Conduct A/B testing and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on email performance data. • Create and submit support tickets when needed. • Ensure all campaigns use properly functioning dynamic Handlebars variables for personalization and customization. • Optimize email design for an optimal viewing experience across mobile and desktop devices, including dark mode compatibility. • Manage and maintain the company's customer database and related spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams. • Utilize project management software such as ClickUp to stay organized and effectively manage tasks and deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in building HTML-based email templates and drag-and-drop email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools, including Claude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to proofread emails and ensure error-free content.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Slack, ClickUp, or Intercom (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment.
  • Strong English proficiency (C2 level or equivalent).
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Access to a personal computer with a stable internet connection capable of efficiently running the required tools and applications.
  • Available to work flexible hours while maintaining availability until at least 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) for meetings and collaboration with the US-based team.
