Role Description Estamos em busca de um(a) BDR de Aquisição PME com perfil hunter e execução comercial ponta a ponta, que será responsável tanto pela geração de oportunidades quanto pelo fechamento de vendas de menor complexidade. Essa posição combina atividades de prospecção ativa (outbound) com capacidade de conduzir negociações mais rápidas, contribuindo diretamente para a expansão da base de clientes da Serasa Experian no segmento PME. Qualifications - Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) via telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras ferramentas - Identificar, abordar e qualificar empresas dentro do ICP PME - Gerar e nutrir pipeline de oportunidades comerciais - Conduzir reuniões comerciais de menor complexidade - Apresentar soluções da Serasa Experian de forma consultiva - Elaborar propostas comerciais padrão - Conduzir negociações de ciclo curto - Realizar fechamento (closing) de vendas transacionais - Encaminhar oportunidades mais complexas para Executivos(as) de Vendas - Garantir qualidade e completude das oportunidades geradas - Atuar de forma colaborativa com o time comercial e marketing - Atualizar CRM (ex: Salesforce) com disciplina e precisão - Gerir pipeline próprio (prospecção + deals em andamento) - Executar cadência estruturada de prospecção - Acompanhar metas e indicadores Requirements - Experiência em prospecção (BDR/SDR) e/ou vendas internas (closer) - Vivência com vendas consultivas B2B - Experiência com CRM (preferencialmente Salesforce) - Forte comunicação e capacidade de negociação - Perfil orientado a metas e resultados - Capacidade de atuar com alto volume e autonomia Benefits - Experiência prévia em função híbrida (SDR + closer) - Histórico de atingimento/superação de metas comerciais - Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas (SPIN, Challenger, etc.) - Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, dados ou fintech
