Business Development Representative – Americas
Oyster
• Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting • Partner seamlessly with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity • Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities • Present and clearly articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers • Organize, optimize, and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency • Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role
- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- A genuine passion for remote work and curiosity about the evolving trends
- A reliable home internet connection
- Fluent English language skills
