Business Development Manager – Southern Germany
Rain for Rent International
• Identify and acquire new customers in Southern Germany • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Develop and implement regional sales strategies • Manage and expand key accounts • Independently manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to successful project completion • Prepare and follow up on proposals in collaboration with operational departments • Work closely with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation • Monitor market and competitor developments • Maintain and document all sales-related activities in the CRM system • Represent the company during customer visits, trade shows and industry events • Achieve agreed sales targets and actively contribute to the further development of the company.
Job Requirements
- Several years' experience in business development, technical sales or solution sales
- Experience in the rental of industrial equipment, pumps, tanks, filtration, environmental technology or comparable industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex B2B sales processes
- Technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements into appropriate solutions
- Independent and structured working style
- High willingness to travel within Southern Germany
- Valid driving licence (Class B).
