• Drive revenue across advertising, branded content, events, influencer marketing, and custom partnership offerings • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of brand and agency opportunities • Identify and secure new business opportunities (RFPs & Briefs) that align with Dexerto’s core audiences including but not limited to; gaming, entertainment, sports and internet culture. • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Act as a consultative partner to brands and agencies, understanding business objectives and developing tailored cross-platform solutions • Develop integrated sales proposals that leverage Dexerto’s editorial, video, social, and influencer capabilities • Identify creative commercial opportunities that deliver measurable performance outcomes • Position Dexerto as a long-term strategic partner within digital culture to our partners • Represent Dexerto with integrity, authority, and deep industry knowledge • Maintain up-to-date understanding of gaming, esports, influencer, and digital media trends • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and key advertising KPIs • Serve as a trusted resource to clients navigating gaming and creator-led media • Partner closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, creative, content, product, and media planning • Contribute to innovative packaging of inventory and partnership solutions • Ensure seamless handover and collaboration with account management teams post-sale • Manage priorities effectively in support of a global, fast-paced business • Work with teams across time-zones including UK and EMEA

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing sales experience, selling direct to media agencies, brand direct and/or other relevant partners
  • Proven success selling digital media, branded content, and custom cross-platform programs (Influencers, Events, Social)
  • Strong relationships across US brands and media agencies
  • Deep knowledge of gaming, influencer, sports, or entertainment sectors
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to craft strategic, insight-led solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, planning and performance strategies to consult clients
  • Excellent presentation, PowerPoint, and communication skills
  • A highly motivated, competitive mindset with a strong desire to win
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

The Senior Director will lead a team and collaborate with CLPI leadership and other team members, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer within the CLPI.
