Job Description

Growth Marketer

Resend

• Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: understand where sign-ups come from, which channels are accelerating or stalling, and why • Amplify externally what we build internally: turn launches into extended reach without just throwing money at the problem • Optimize free-to-paid conversion: find the features that drive upgrades, and build the campaigns (drip, in-product, lifecycle) that surface them at the right moment • Improve our landing pages with real data: get into the weeds of traditional SEO and AI recommendations (AEO/GEO) • Evaluate paid spend: see how sponsorships, ads, and events affect our distribution. Double down on what works, and consider dropping what doesn't

Job Requirements

  • Understand how developers think and how to market to them
  • Have owned free-to-paid conversion or lifecycle/activation before
  • Are genuinely analytical and comfortable with data, fluent in funnels and cohorts
  • Write clearly and ship fast: a v0 experiment this week beats a perfect plan next month
  • Think critically about a data point, and go deep into how that's measured
  • Can set up attribution and experimentation infrastructure yourself, not just brief someone else to
  • Can run lean and make a small budget go far
  • Understand that not every investment needs to have a short term effect
  • Have a technical background to make website changes on our own

Benefits

  • Autonomy to "just ship it"
  • AI-native mentality with unlimited token policy
  • Attention to detail with everything that we do
  • 100% remote team with flexible working schedules
  • Modern data stack (Snowflake, PostHog, Baremetrics, Metabase)
  • Honest and low-ego team
  • Ownership of problems and solutions

BetterSleep by Ipnos

Dedicated to enhancing your well-being through better sleep. The #1 app for sleep.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 11-50Since 2011H1B No Sponsor

Role Description At BetterSleep, we're on a mission to help the world sleep better. With over 85 million downloads, we're one of the most trusted wellness apps globally, helping millions of people fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling restored. We're transforming from a content-driven sleep app into a connected sleep-health platform, where design, personalization, and behavioral science come together to create meaningful change in how people experience sleep. This is a team that values speed, ownership, and thoughtful experimentation over doing things because they've always been done that way. We run continuous experimentation across our full channel mix. We're redefining how our marketing engine operates, partnering closely with the Product team to drive LTV and not just installs, and rethinking how a wellness app solves real-life problems. We're building a marketing organization that's deeply analytical, relentlessly curious, and willing to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better outcomes. We are looking for a super-smart, ambitious and analytical performance marketer with a proven track record of acquiring users and delivering growth for a large-scale online mobile app. The ideal candidate will be able to recognize patterns from external data and identify interesting trends in the broader app marketplace to provide recommendations on design assets and product improvements. This person is a proactive problem solver and an expert in user acquisition strategy. They don’t wait for tasks to be handed to them; they find the problem and come to the table ready to discuss solutions. They are experienced with measurement of deferred revenue, SDK and pixel signal, and are laser-focused on driving positive ROAS. Responsibilities - Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets. - Develop and execute a data-driven experimentation roadmap that unlocks sustainable growth and improves marketing efficiency, coming to the table with strategy, not just execution. - Collaborate closely with our Data team, helping to shape attribution, incrementality testing, MMM/MMP strategy, and performance reporting rather than simply analyzing results. - Support in making proactive investment recommendations. - Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement; focus on shipping, not just ideating. - Strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization. - Slice and dice an enormous amount of complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions. - Collaborate actively with Creative, Product, and Engineering to drive cross-functional experimentation. - Analyze various algorithms, techniques, and statistical models for predictions in a dynamic data environment. - Take part in setting the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and actively sharing data, results, and ideas. - Enjoy great teamwork, lots of fun, and pride in building a product that has a positive impact on society. Qualifications - BS/BA in marketing or any other relevant field preferred. - 8 years of experience in running mobile large-scale paid online user acquisition campaigns in a performance-driven environment. - Experience in Meta advertising and Google AdWords. - Experience with web and app analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Omni, Sigma, or others. - Data junkie and Excel wizard preferred. - Collaborative, hard working, execution-oriented, eager to get results and succeed. - Great grasp of numbers with love for data and analytics. - Good sense of marketing, consumer interaction, usability and persuasion. - Eager to stay in the loop on market trends, particularly around creative strategy. - Tech-savvy; eager to incorporate AI workflows to improve efficiency. - Excellent communication (oral and written), time management and organizational skills. Bonus (not mandatory but good to have) - Experience working with influencers or acting talent. - Experience integrating ad accounts with Claude MCPs (or similar). Benefits - Competitive salary & compensation. - Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage. - Retirement plan with employer matching. - Commuter & lunch benefits (UberEats). - Free access to telehealth & BetterHelp services. - A product loved by millions — and admired by the press. - Awesome people to work with. - The chance to help people live a better life, every day. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, and extensive benefits. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. Equal Opportunity Employer At BetterSleep we thrive on difference and individuality, and as part of the Teladoc Health family, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Role Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to work with Wonolo’s Marketing team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Marketing team. We're building the B2C acquisition and activation machine that brings workers to Wonolo, helps them succeed on their first job, and keeps them coming back. You'll be the technical builder behind that machine, working alongside the team that leads funnel and lifecycle strategy, translating defined priorities into automations, AI-powered flows, and campaigns that run at scale. You operate autonomously, with market data as your primary input for deciding where to focus and what to activate. You'll partner closely with the Business Operations team when you need qualitative context on specific customers or market conditions that the data doesn't capture. You'll use that context to prioritize where to activate, what campaign response fits the moment, and how your work contributes to revenue attainment across markets. The right person thinks like a marketer and builds with low-code and AI tools. You're execution-oriented, detail-driven, and motivated by seeing your work directly move supply-side metrics. Are you excited about working with a close-knit team at a mission-driven, US-based technology company? If this is who you are or you can and desperately want to be, please read on! We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in Latin America #LI-Remote. Qualifications - 2 to 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, technical marketing, or a role where you owned both strategy and build - You've shipped internal tools that teams fully adopted and used to inflect marketing KPIs - You understand user behavior in a B2C funnel: what good activation looks like, where drop-off happens, and how to design around it - Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Smartly, or similar); you know how to build and optimize triggered campaigns, not just run them - You can build autonomously using low-code and AI tools; you don't need an engineering ticket to ship - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), including prompt design, structured outputs, and evaluation loops - Experience building with tools like Zapier, Clay, Framer, or Lovable Requirements - Campaign Execution - Monitor market health data across active markets independently and activate the right campaign response: new customer launching, customer ramping, low fill rate, supply churn, geographic supply gaps, and similar demand factors - Own campaign prioritization and execution end-to-end: pulling the right audience, selecting the right channel and message, turning campaigns on, and tracking performance through to outcome - Partner with the Business Operations team to gather qualitative intel on specific customers or market conditions that analytical data doesn't capture, and use it to sharpen decisions you're already making - Work from established playbooks while flagging when market conditions call for something outside the standard response - Report campaign performance back to the team with a clear read on what worked and what to adjust - Campaign Automation & Activation - Use your campaign execution work as the foundation for everything you build, leveraging what you learn from running campaigns to inform what you turn into scalable systems - Map the worker journey from acquisition through activation to understand where friction lives, then build automations and AI-powered flows that remove it - Translate funnel strategy into systems: triggered campaigns, onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and the logic that runs them - Build tooling to test and iterate on activation and retention campaigns across markets so the team can move fast without manual effort - Build high-leverage automations that enable fast campaign activation across organic and paid channels, including social, job boards, answer engine optimization, and search - AI-Native Workflows - Identify marketing workflows that are still manual and rebuild them to be AI-native, focusing on where AI can improve speed, personalization, or conversion outcomes - Build AI agent workflows that support acquisition, content, and competitive intelligence, covering prompts, data sources, structured outputs, and the human checkpoints that need to stay in the loop - Build evaluation frameworks that measure agent output quality and tie results back to marketing KPIs - Stay current on new AI tools and revisit existing workflows to incorporate improvements as the technology moves Benefits - The opportunity for growth in a mission-driven and well-funded start-up - Company laptop - Paid time off, Holiday pay, and Unpaid time off - Access to no-cost on-demand mental health support, including counselling, mindfulness and meditation, and well-being courses - Ability to work from anywhere in Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica, or Guatemala (no more commutes!) - Team outings, happy hours, company off-sites, and more!
