Job Description

Senior Product Manager – Medicaid

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management with deep Medicaid experience, in state Medicaid agency operations, Medicaid managed care, or both.
  • Command of federal reporting frameworks and Medicaid analytics across quality, cost, claims, MCO performance, and eligibility.
  • Familiarity with the MMIS / MES landscape and Medicaid data.
  • Experience with AI or agentic capabilities in a regulated setting, and judgment about where automation belongs and where a human stays in the loop.
  • US-based, with the ability to work across state Medicaid agency relationships.
  • Prior product work with state Medicaid agencies or Medicaid technology vendors (preferred).
  • Exposure to CMS certification contexts (for example, streamlined modular certification) (preferred).
  • Current working knowledge of redetermination and recent Medicaid policy change (preferred).
