• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos utilizando Azure Data Factory. • Desarrollar procesos ETL/ELT utilizando Python y SQL. • Modelar y optimizar datos en Snowflake para mejorar desempeño y escalabilidad. • Trabajar con Azure Data Lake como parte de la arquitectura de datos. • Participar en decisiones técnicas relacionadas con la arquitectura de la plataforma de datos. • Configurar y habilitar recursos dentro de Azure cuando sea necesario para soportar nuevas soluciones. • Optimizar consultas SQL, procesos de transformación y rendimiento de los pipelines. • Colaborar con distintos equipos para asegurar la disponibilidad, calidad y confiabilidad de los datos. • Preparar datasets para consumo analítico y herramientas de visualización como Power BI.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and mission-critical cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Conduct topology analyses and trade studies to inform architectural decisions. • Define and maintain system and software architecture aligned with mission requirements. • Develop Software Design Descriptions (SDDs) and support subsystem architecture evolution through design reviews (PDR/CDR). • Integrate cloud systems with avionics, embedded systems, and legacy platforms. • Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and support system-of-systems integration. • Support certification efforts through documentation, validation, and evidence generation. • Design and implement secure DevSecOps pipelines and accredited CI/CD workflows. • Support verification and validation (V&V) planning and execution. • Engage with government and regulatory stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain the cloud strategy in alignment with business objectives. • Evaluate and recommend cloud services, platforms, and technologies. • Implementation of cloud solutions using AWS. • Plan and execute migration of applications and data to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration with ECS container platforms. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within AWS environments. • Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and performance across AWS. • Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance on AWS. • Develop and manage cloud budgeting and cost optimization strategies for AWS.

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of Ciena's customer and partner portals, primarily built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. • Oversee the design, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, omni-channel, and field service capabilities. • Partner with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to gather requirements, define solutions, and prioritize features. • Ensure the integration of portal and Service Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing automation) using various integration patterns (APIs, middleware). • Establish and enforce best practices for solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in a Salesforce environment. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization, security enhancements, and adoption of new Salesforce features. • Manage vendor relationships for third-party tools and applications integrated with the Salesforce platform. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. • Provide technical leadership and expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system stability and reliability.
