Job Description

Funnel Strategist

iSpeedToLead

Role Description We're looking for a Funnel Strategist to own the top of our acquisition engine. You build, test, and optimize funnels that turn cold traffic into qualified leads and booked calls — not maintain a handful of landing pages. Our growth is not limited by ad budget; it's limited by how fast we can ship new funnels, hooks, offers, and angles. Your job is to remove that ceiling. We're about to significantly scale paid spend. Every funnel you ship either compounds that spend into revenue or exposes where it leaks — no in-between. Qualifications - 3+ years building high-converting funnels and landing pages in a direct-response environment, with real revenue attached to your work. - Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion psychology — you can name why a page converts, not just that it does. - Hands-on with funnel builders like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Webflow, or equivalent — you build, you don't brief. - Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and core funnel metrics (CPL, CPA, CVR, CAC, ROAS) — you optimize with traffic teams, not around them. - Shipped and analyzed A/B tests where the result actually changed the next decision. - Strong copywriting for landing pages, lead magnets, and hooks — sharp, benefit-driven, no fluff. - English C1+; our market is US-based and every headline, hook, and CTA must land with American buyers. - AI-first by default — if you are not using AI to 3x your funnel, copy, and asset output, you will be behind. - High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Requirements - Build complete funnels from scratch — opt-in pages, lead magnet flows, webinar/VSL funnels, call-booking funnels, and follow-up sequences — end-to-end, not in pieces. - Create and test new marketing angles, hooks, and offers on a continuous cadence, not in quarterly batches. - Develop lead magnets that convert cold traffic into qualified leads the sales team actually wants to call. - Build funnels that consistently generate booked calls for sales, and own the number — not just the pages. - Reverse-engineer competitor funnels weekly, identify what's working, and ship an improved version before the trend cools. - Adapt proven funnel concepts from adjacent industries into our market instead of reinventing from zero. - Launch experiments fast, analyze performance with the traffic team, kill weak ideas without ego, and scale winners aggressively. - Pair tightly with paid media, sales, and design — no over-the-wall handoffs; you stay in until the funnel is live and measured. - Track CPL, CVR, show rate, and booked-call rate per funnel and know which lever to pull before it becomes a problem. What This is Not For You If - You maintain a few landing pages and call it a funnel strategy. - You need a brief, a designer, and a developer before you can ship anything. - You've never watched your own funnel burn ad spend in real time and had to fix it same-day. - You call yourself a "growth strategist" but have never built a page yourself. - You want to A/B test button colors instead of offers, hooks, and mechanisms. - You want the winning angle handed to you — finding it is the job. What We Expect From You (First 3 Months) - We don't do long onboarding: access on day one, context in days, a live funnel in week one. - End of week 1: you have audited every live funnel, mapped current CPL and booked-call economics end-to-end, and identified the top 5 leaks with evidence. - End of month 1: you have shipped your first new funnel from scratch, launched at least 3 angle/hook/offer tests against the current control, and killed or scaled based on results. - End of quarter 1 (the bar): at least one new funnel is beating the control and running on scaled paid spend, a competitor-informed funnel is live, and the concept-to-live-funnel turnaround is established at under 7 days. Nice to Have - Experience in lead generation, marketplace, real estate, coaching, or high-ticket B2C/B2B funnels. - Track record scaling paid spend profitably alongside a media buyer, not just optimizing organic. - Experience with VSLs, webinars, and long-form direct-response mechanisms. - Familiarity with AI-driven copy, page generation, and creative iteration workflows. - Design sensibility strong enough to ship a clean page without waiting on a designer. Benefits - Impact: Own the funnel layer of a product-led, AI-powered marketplace where your work directly compounds paid spend into revenue. - Autonomy: High ownership, low bureaucracy, and real authority over funnel direction and testing roadmap. - Flexibility: Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication. 4+ hour overlap with Asia/Dubai required for weekly reviews. - Compensation: Competitive fixed base salary above the market average. - Team: Join a smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff. - Time Off: 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually. - Growth: Unlimited learning policy — paid courses, books, and growth resources. - AI-Heavy Environment: AI is deeply embedded across prospecting, research, and workflows. - Ownership: Real decision-making power and direct ownership of your outcomes. Location Ukraine (Remote), 4+ hour overlap with Asia/Dubai
