- 9+ years of hands-on marketing or advertising design experience

- Highly proficient in design fundamentals, including typography, colour, and composition

- Exceptional creativity, aesthetic judgment, and design intuition
- Creative Direction experience
- Comfortable driving projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong at generating ideas and inspiring peers
- Experience advising or mentoring other designers is a plus
