Role Description We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to turn ideas into high-performing ad creatives that drive measurable business results. You will own how marketing messages are translated into execution — from concept to performance — ensuring speed, clarity, and continuous optimization. This role is not about “making creatives.” It is about producing assets that convert, scale, and outperform competitors. Qualifications - Proven experience in performance marketing and creative production - Strong understanding of ad creative principles (clear message, strong hook, ICP focus) - Ability to evaluate performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and view rate - Experience identifying customer pain points using ICP, buyer persona, or Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks - Ability to move fast and iterate quickly based on data - English advanced; Ukrainian/Russian is a plus - AI-first mindset (using tools beyond basic ChatGPT for research, ideation, or production) Requirements - Turn marketing hypotheses into testable ad creatives, fast - Produce clear, focused messaging tailored to specific audience segments - Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance data - Identify why creatives win or fail and double down on what works - Work closely with marketing and related teams to align on strategy and execution - Ensure each creative has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcome - Scale successful concepts and eliminate underperforming ones quickly What This is Not For You If - You focus on aesthetics over performance - You cannot explain why a creative works or fails - You rely on intuition instead of data - You move slowly or over-polish instead of shipping and testing - You expect detailed instructions instead of taking ownership What We Expect From You (First 3 Months) - Month 1: Understand product, audience, and current creatives; Start producing and testing creatives with clear hypotheses; Establish baseline performance metrics - Month 3 (the bar): Show clear improvement in creative performance (CTR, CPA, etc.); Consistently produce winning or scalable creatives; Demonstrate fast iteration cycles and data-driven decisions How We Work With You We move fast, test constantly, and prioritize results over process. You will get context quickly and be expected to deliver value early. We evaluate trajectory, not perfection — fast learning and adjustment matter more than getting everything right immediately. Benefits - Direct impact on marketing performance and growth - High ownership over creative direction and execution - Remote-first, flexible work environment - Competitive compensation - 3 weeks paid vacation + 5 sick days - Access to learning resources - AI-driven workflows and tooling - Fast-moving, execution-focused team

Product Manager8 days ago
ContractRemoteMid LevelTeam 11-50Since 2021H1B No Sponsor

Role Description We are looking for a Product Owner to ensure that the most valuable product decisions are executed efficiently, shipped quickly, and delivered in the right order. You will own the "how and when" of the product, turning direction into reality while maintaining speed, clarity, and high delivery quality. You will work in close partnership with a Product Manager, who owns direction ("what and why"), while you own delivery flow, backlog quality, and release readiness. Qualifications - 2+ years as a Product Owner making real scope decisions, on a team of 8+ engineers. - You optimize for value shipped, not tickets closed, and can explain calls where you shipped less to deliver more. - You can reason about cost of delay and effort vs value out loud, not just in story points. - You read API contracts and talk about service boundaries without a translator; Node.js / microservices is a plus. - Your specs are praised by engineers; we will ask to see real tickets you wrote. - English B1/B2+. - AI-first by default — if you are not already using AI to 3x your output, you will be behind our engineers. Requirements - Take product briefs and decompose them into shippable increments. A 3-week ticket is a planning failure, and it is yours. - Own the backlog end-to-end: acceptance criteria, edge cases, definition of done, all in place before an engineer touches anything. - Weigh every increment against its cost: engineering effort vs expected value and cost of delay. Cheap and high-value ships first; expensive and speculative waits. - Prioritize with a visible score, not a feeling. Anyone can challenge it; you defend it with numbers. - Own communication outward: founders, sales, support, and the PM always know what's shipping, what's next, and what changed, without anyone interrupting the team to ask. - Keep the team unblocked and own the delivery numbers (cycle time, predictability, carryover, QA flow) as tools to spot problems early. Hygiene, not the mission. - Push back on the PM when a brief is not buildable. That friction is the system working. What This Is Not For You If - You see yourself as a delivery manager who moves tickets. The "what ships" decisions are yours to make, not yours to receive. - Your main skill is running ceremonies. - You sequence by gut rather than by value and cost. - You want to own product direction. That is a different role. What We Expect From You (First 3 Months) - We don't do long onboarding. Access on day one, context in days, a real problem in week one. We hire people who create value with incomplete information, because that is the job every day after probation too. - End of month 1: you know the codebase map and the team; the queue is fully yours, continuously ordered with a visible score; baseline flow metrics captured (cycle time and WIP), because you cannot improve what you did not measure. - End of month 3 (the bar): cycle time visibly better than your month-1 baseline with before/after to show; founders fully out of the delivery loop (prioritization, scope, and ship decisions run without us); briefs turning into shipped product, in the right increments, without anyone pushing. - How we work with you: honest checkpoints at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months. We judge trajectory, not perfection. Wrong fast and corrected beats slow and safe. If the fit is wrong, we both know by month 2 and say it out loud. Benefits - Impact: Direct influence on how fast and effectively product decisions reach users. - Autonomy: Ownership over delivery processes and prioritization decisions. - Flexibility: Remote-first setup with async-friendly communication. - Compensation: Competitive salary above market benchmarks. - Team: Skilled, fast-moving team focused on execution and results. - Time Off: Three weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days annually. - Growth: Unlimited learning opportunities and resources. - AI-Heavy Environment: Advanced tooling and automation across workflows. - Ownership: Full responsibility for delivery outcomes and team efficiency.

Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 11-50Since 2021H1B No Sponsor

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to ensure we always build the most valuable things for our marketplace — measured in money, not opinion. You will own the outward half of the product: users, market, and the "what and why." Working closely with a Product Owner who owns delivery ("how and when"), your job is to make sure not a single sprint is spent on something that does not move LTV, margin, or retention. Qualifications - 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, with clear examples of metrics you moved and can prove. - Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin. - Hands-on user research experience with real synthesis work behind it. - Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development starts. - Experience pulling and working with your own data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools. - English C1+; your users are American real estate investors, and communication needs to be sharp and clear. - AI-first by default — if you are not using AI to 3x your output already, you will be behind our engineers. - High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Requirements - Talk to users constantly: buyers, power accounts, and churned users — and turn conversations into decisions, not decks. - Own platform improvement broadly across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization. Find the weakest link, fix it, then move to the next. - Own the unit economics of every bet by tying each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user. If you cannot put a number on the upside, it is not a brief yet. - Model value before anything is built, using rough sizing of expected impact so engineering time goes to things that move money, not things that only feel nice. - Write one-page briefs built around problem, evidence, and expected impact, then hand them off and trust the execution. - Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, and scale winners. - Pull your own data directly; there should be no analyst between you and the truth. - Track competitor changes closely and know what they shipped before users tell you. What We Expect From You (First 3 Months) - We do not do long onboarding. Access on day one, context in days, a real problem in week one. We hire people who create value with incomplete information, because that is the job every day after probation too. - End of month 1: you know the platform as a real user does because you have used it like one; you have mapped the weakest points in the funnel, ranked with evidence and value; and you have handed off your first accepted brief. - End of month 3 (the bar): multiple shipped changes with measurable results you can defend, with at least one of them moving a core metric such as activation, churn, LQS, or revenue per user. A live experiment pipeline exists so something is always being tested. Your validated brief backlog is deep enough that the team never waits on you for direction. We trust your "this is worth building" without re-checking it. How We Work With You - We use honest checkpoints at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months. We judge trajectory, not perfection. - Wrong fast and corrected beats slow and safe. If the fit is wrong, both sides should know by month 2 and say it out loud. Nice to Have - Experience in startup or fast-scaling tech environments. - Experience in marketplace, SaaS, real estate, lead generation, or other performance-driven digital businesses. - Familiarity with experimentation systems, product analytics, and growth-focused product work. Benefits - Impact: Work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where your decisions directly affect business performance. - Autonomy: High ownership, low bureaucracy, and real authority over product direction. - Flexibility: Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication. - Compensation: Competitive salary above the market average. - Team: Join a smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff. - Time Off: Three weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days annually. - Growth: Unlimited learning policy — paid courses, books, and growth resources. - AI-Heavy Environment: AI is deeply embedded across prospecting, research, and workflows. - Ownership: Real decision-making power and direct ownership of your outcomes.

Manager13 days ago
Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 11-50Since 2021H1B No Sponsor

Role Description We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own the search growth layer of our business across both classic SEO and AI search visibility. You will build a true keyword strategy for the niche, improve technical foundations, strengthen our visibility in AI search, and make sure high-intent commercial pages attract qualified non-branded traffic. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can connect strategy, execution, reporting, and business outcomes — not someone who treats SEO as a narrow content or backlink function. What You'll Be Doing: - Build a prioritized keyword strategy for our niche: real estate lead generation, focused on buyer-intent terms rather than just branded or broad SEO traffic. - Map category, comparison, wholesaler, investor, and agent lead-generation searches, benchmarked against named competitors such as PropStream, RealEstateBees, PropertyLeads, and LeadZolo. - Own technical SEO fundamentals including title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, schema/structured data, canonical tags, crawlability, and related site-health basics. - Continue and expand AEO / GEO work so classic SEO and AI-search visibility improve together rather than one being neglected in favor of the other. - Shape content and page-level strategy for the site’s highest-intent commercial pages, especially the marketplace, landing pages, and signup funnel. - Run regular competitive and keyword-gap analysis using Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent tools, and report on actual market position rather than vanity growth percentages. - Work directly with the dev team by writing clear, dev-ready tickets and following through until technical fixes actually ship. - Build reporting that clearly separates non-branded keyword and traffic growth from branded traffic growth and AI-citation counts so leadership sees the real acquisition picture. Requirements - Proven track record in technical and strategic SEO, not just content or link-building, ideally in a marketplace, lead-generation, SaaS, or real estate business. - Hands-on experience with keyword research and competitive gap analysis tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent. - Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals including schema/structured data, meta tags, canonicalization, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals. - Working knowledge of AEO / GEO and how AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews surface and cite content. - Experience working directly with a dev or engineering team to scope, ticket, and ship SEO fixes. - Comfortable owning both strategy and reporting, with the ability to show leadership real numbers rather than vague directional updates. - Strong English communication and comfort working asynchronously across multiple time zones. What success looks like: - Meaningful, measurable growth in non-branded keyword rankings for real estate lead-generation terms, not just branded search volume. - Visible progress in closing the keyword-count gap with direct competitors, currently described as roughly 50 versus 3,900. - Core commercial pages passing basic technical SEO checks, including correct title tags, meta descriptions, schema, and alt text. - Technical fixes being shipped within an agreed SLA instead of remaining stuck in backlog. - Classic SEO and AEO / GEO metrics reported together with clear attribution of what is actually driving growth. - Growth in qualified signups from organic and AI search, especially wholesalers, investors, and agents rather than low-intent traffic. This is not for you if - You see SEO mainly as buying backlinks or authority posts rather than owning search strategy more broadly. - You treat branded traffic growth or AI-citation wins alone as proof of success. - You deprioritize technical SEO basics such as schema, title tags, and metadata. - You prefer a passive advisory role where recommendations are documented but not pushed through to implementation. Nice to Have: - Experience in the real estate investing, wholesaling, or lead-generation space specifically. - Experience with WordPress SEO, including Rank Math, and Elementor-based sites. - Familiarity with link-building and authority-post strategy, so you can evaluate and improve existing vendor relationships rather than simply continue them by default.
