Role Description We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help turn JustMarkets marketing department into a fast, AI-driven operation. You will identify manual and repetitive tasks across content, PR, performance, design, and localization, and replace them with smart, scalable automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will design the systems that let us launch campaigns faster, scale content globally at a low cost, and stay ahead of competitors through automated intelligence. - Map current marketing workflows to identify manual bottlenecks and automation opportunities - Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation pipelines (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, custom scripts/APIs) covering content and localization workflows, competitor and sentiment monitoring, and performance dashboards - Write and optimize prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to produce consistent, on-brand, structured outputs - Build custom AI agents (GPTs, Claude Projects, or similar) for tasks such as compliance checks, copy-editing, or creative brief generation - Maintain clean, reliable data flows between Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems, and SQL databases - Monitor, debug, and upgrade existing automations as APIs and tools evolve - Train the marketing team to confidently use the tools and agents you build Qualifications - Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier - Practical experience with AI/LLM tools: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and vector databases or frameworks like LangChain or Flowise - Experience with web scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or cloud scrapers like Apify) - Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication - Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to produce consistent, structured outputs from LLMs - A natural "how can I automate this?" mindset — you enjoy finding creative solutions to manual, repetitive problems - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in clear, business-focused language - An analytical approach — you build automations to solve real problems and can measure their impact - Upper-Intermediate English level Benefits - The opportunity to shape how AI and automation are used across an entire marketing department, from scratch - Freedom to experiment with a wide range of tools, models, and frameworks to solve real business problems - 20 paid vacation days per year - 10 paid sick leave days per year - Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list - Medical insurance - Opportunity to work remotely - Professional education budget - Language learning budget - Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear, and related expenses)
