Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience with using clean water modelling software packages such as: Infoworks WS Pro or Synergi. - Familiar with using GIS software such as: ArcGIS; MapInfo or QGIS. - Understand and work within financial and programme constraints of a project. - Ability to work to project scope and client’s modelling specifications. - Be self-motivated individual with ability to take ownership of workload - Experience of technically reviewing projects, providing design and optioneering input. - Liaising with water industry, utility companies or subcontractors. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional desirable skills: - Degree or Masters in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science or another related discipline. - Proven track record with delivering hydraulic network modelling projects - Working towards Chartership with CIWEM, ICE or similar professional bodies. - Experience with mentoring or managing staff. - Experience with coding languages such Ruby or Python You will also be self-motivated with an ability to work both autonomously where required, with a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment.
