Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a highly motivated, skilled resource who embraces an entrepreneurial approach with a strong work ethic. This position primarily focuses on consulting with ConvergeOne’s Enterprise Customers to develop solid strategies with Outcome Based solutions that deliver measurable results through ROI and TCO models. The position is responsible for assessing customer needs and tailoring customized architectures that have strategic value and are complex in nature to fit business needs. The Senior Solutions Architect is well versed in all market offerings in their area of expertise and works closely with the account team to ensure full accuracy of the architecture and the value proposition. Additionally, this position is able to explain, position and justify costs related to ConvergeOne’s solutions. • Work with business areas to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation. • Engage directly with business users to understand needs and document requirements. • Assess the appropriateness of AI solutions and design, build, test, and support practical solutions. • Move solutions from concept through implementation, including discovery, solution design, prototype development, and deployment support. • Collaborate with clients’ security, privacy, architecture, and technology teams to ensure solutions are secure and meet applicable standards. • Consider risks and support security reviews, ensuring solutions are aligned with access controls and operational support considerations.

• Act as a consultant and mentor to the PTP team given responsibility for defining OCHIN’s PTP integration strategies, processes, design, tools, and technical support • Act as a liaison between the PTP team and other technical teams to ensure cross-functionality and efficient development of new and enhanced PTP solutions • Design and develop complex integrations as well as multi-level architecture to ensure long-term supportability of existing and future solutions • Ensure the long-term success and scalability of new and existing PTPs by incorporating best practices and automations across the PTP portfolio of products • Provide hands-on technical expertise to solve for both internal and external integration needs as well as solution upgrades and technical escalations • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, leadership, and oversight of new and evolving technologies across the team for the planning, scoping, development, and implementation • Scope, create, and document architectural designs with OCHIN technical teams and vendor and proactively review, revise, and enhance existing solutions to optimize our design
