• Act as a consultant and mentor to the PTP team given responsibility for defining OCHIN’s PTP integration strategies, processes, design, tools, and technical support • Act as a liaison between the PTP team and other technical teams to ensure cross-functionality and efficient development of new and enhanced PTP solutions • Design and develop complex integrations as well as multi-level architecture to ensure long-term supportability of existing and future solutions • Ensure the long-term success and scalability of new and existing PTPs by incorporating best practices and automations across the PTP portfolio of products • Provide hands-on technical expertise to solve for both internal and external integration needs as well as solution upgrades and technical escalations • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, leadership, and oversight of new and evolving technologies across the team for the planning, scoping, development, and implementation • Scope, create, and document architectural designs with OCHIN technical teams and vendor and proactively review, revise, and enhance existing solutions to optimize our design

• Designing end-to-end AWS architectures for AI and GenAI implementations across multiple client projects • Leading architecture discovery workshops and Well-Architected Framework reviews with client teams • Selecting and configuring the right AWS AI/ML services for each use case — Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Textract, and beyond • Defining IaC standards and reviewing infrastructure implementations by engineering teams • Advising on data architecture — ingestion, storage, transformation, and access patterns optimised for AI workloads • Working with client security and compliance teams to ensure architectures meet regulatory and enterprise requirements • Contributing to pre-sales and solutioning — proposals, effort estimates, and client technical presentations where needed • Mentoring cloud engineers on the delivery team and conducting architecture and code reviews • Staying current with the AWS AI/ML service roadmap and advising clients on relevant emerging capabilities

• Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across the UK and Ireland, with scope to expand into other countries within the region such as Sweden and the Netherlands as the team grows, setting clear direction and enabling high-quality execution across UK/I. • Act as a player-coach by partnering directly on strategic opportunities, building executive relationships, and coaching your team through complex sales cycles to help secure the technical win. • Guide regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring customer needs are translated into meaningful technical and business outcomes. • Work cross-functionally with global Solutions Architecture, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to align on priorities and execute against regional goals. • Manage dotted-line relationships with Channel Solutions Architects and subject matter experts, driving accountability, collaboration, and alignment around common goals. • Maintain strong operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, opportunity forecasting, and field execution. • Define and track key performance indicators for the team, communicating progress, risks, and priorities clearly to your team, peers, and senior stakeholders. • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Solutions Architects while strengthening team capability, encouraging innovation, and building a scalable regional organization for future growth.

Role Description We're looking for an experienced .NET CMS Tech Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the client's engineering capability while remaining hands-on with development. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and full-stack engineering. You'll mentor developers, lead technical decision-making, design scalable CMS solutions, and work directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery and solution architecture through development, deployment, and post-launch support—while helping elevate engineering standards across the business.
