• Work with business areas to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation. • Engage directly with business users to understand needs and document requirements. • Assess the appropriateness of AI solutions and design, build, test, and support practical solutions. • Move solutions from concept through implementation, including discovery, solution design, prototype development, and deployment support. • Collaborate with clients’ security, privacy, architecture, and technology teams to ensure solutions are secure and meet applicable standards. • Consider risks and support security reviews, ensuring solutions are aligned with access controls and operational support considerations.
Job Requirements
- Experience working directly with business users to gather, clarify, document, and validate business requirements for technology or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience designing, building, testing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, or comparable low-code/no-code AI development platforms.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, user testing, or adoption activities with business areas and technical teams.
- Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise data sources, APIs, or other business systems.
- Experience producing clear solution documentation, including requirements, design decisions, testing results, deployment notes, user guidance, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and move solutions from discovery through implementation in a complex enterprise environment.
