Role Description Lead and shape the QA function at the AI-native insurance platform of choice for the world's leading insurers. - 100% remote, with a global, diverse team. - Own quality strategy for a fast-growing product suite, with a direct line to the Head of QA and real influence over how we build. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software QA spanning both manual and automated testing of web and API applications. - At least 2+ years directly managing QA Leads, senior engineers, or a multi-team QA function. - Experience in the insurance or a similarly regulated, complex industry is a strong plus. - Proven track record establishing QA processes, tooling, and standards organization-wide. - Experience navigating executive-level reporting. Requirements - Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes across the full testing lifecycle. - Experience implementing and scaling automated testing frameworks in an agile environment. - Hands-on familiarity with testing tools for JavaScript and .NET such as Jest, Mocha, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, NUnit, Cucumber, Telerik, Specflow, or similar. - Proficient with defect tracking and test management tooling. - Working knowledge of performance, security, and compliance testing domains. - Practical experience building and rolling out AI-powered processes across teams or workflows.
