• Lead end-to-end QA activities across complex Back Office systems, workflows, integrations, and enterprise business processes. • Develop and execute effective test strategies, test plans, and validation approaches aligned with business and technical objectives. • Ensure release readiness, production stability, and high-quality delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives. • Manage competing priorities between BAU support and project deliverables while maintaining QA standards. • Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts effectively. • Identify quality risks, dependencies, gaps, and release concerns early, and provide actionable mitigation plans. • Take initiative during critical delivery situations such as unclear requirements, testing blockers, integration issues, or release instability. • Partner closely with business stakeholders to align on quality expectations and release readiness. • Act as a trusted QA advisor, communicating risks, progress, and recommendations clearly. • Influence decisions through expertise, data-driven insights, and effective communication. • Demonstrate strong individual contributor leadership through accountability, professionalism, and ownership. • Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching, reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. • Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and quality-first thinking. • Drive the adoption of AI-powered QA solutions and intelligent automation practices across testing processes. • Champion automation-first and AI-assisted testing approaches to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and optimize QA processes through automation and innovation. • Contribute to the enhancement of QA frameworks, standards, tools, and delivery practices. • Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to integrate automation and AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and QA workflows. • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven testing tools to improve quality engineering practices.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years extensive Quality Assurance experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Hands-on experience in QA automation and independent test strategy implementation.
  • Familiarity with modern QA tools, defect tracking systems, and test management platforms.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools, intelligent automation, or machine learning-enabled testing solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience supporting finance systems, including SAP, Zuora, and OneSource applications.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing test automation solutions using Worksoft.
  • Good foundation for mentoring or guiding QA team members in technical delivery and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote a culture of quality-first thinking, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • Lead by example as a high-impact individual contributor.
