Role Description The People Operations Specialist supports the continual improvement of P&O systems, programs, policies and procedures through departmental projects that support the P&O strategy. This role is a subject matter expert in P&O systems and operations who collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in delivering P&O services and technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Participate in special projects related to people operations, data and programs, acting as a cross-functional HRIS expert by participating in or leading project meetings, analyzing impacts, auditing, testing, assessing risk, and reviewing results to reduce errors. - Co-lead change management delivery for projects and programs through facilitation of training and the development of reference guides, documentation, announcements, etc. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions through recommending new approaches, policies and procedures. - Co-lead the development of processes and procedures, creating efficiencies and cost savings while analyzing trends in errors, possible implications, and improvements within the team and interactions with other P&O teams and functions. - Lead the review, testing and implementation of changes to HRIS that are cascaded through the vendor, business unit partners, or through regression testing.
