Key Responsibilities - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns, maintaining a daily output of 80 to 100 cold calls. - Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. - Qualify leads through rigorous discovery to ensure alignment with our core solutions. - Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex B2B organizational structures to secure meetings for Account Executives. - Meticulously track all activity and lead status within the CRM to ensure data integrity and seamless handoffs. Qualifications - 2+ years of proven experience in a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role. - Proven track record of managing high-volume cold calling requirements (80-100 calls per day). - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Resilience and a "hunter" mentality; you view rejection as a step toward the next "yes." - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-velocity workflow.
