• Serving as the primary liaison between Regulatory Affairs/Operations business stakeholders and IT/platform teams, translating regulatory business needs into system requirements and configuration specifications. • Supporting implementation, migration, and ongoing managed services engagements across Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms, independent of underlying vendor (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM, Generis CARA, Ennov RIM, ArisGlobal LOOP, MasterControl RIM, EXTEDO RIMS). • Facilitating requirements gathering, process mapping, and vendor-neutral system evaluation to support client regulatory technology strategy and roadmap decisions. • Acting as the functional point of contact for client-reported issues, enhancement requests, and release management activities, coordinating with technical configuration and IT teams to deliver resolution. • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of managed services requests and tickets across client RIM environments, regardless of platform. • Support release management processes, including regression testing coordination, UAT script development and execution, and release notes review, for whichever RIM or adjacent platform a client operates. • Identify and document process improvement and automation opportunities across the regulatory technology landscape. • Maintain SOPs, business process documentation, and system configuration specifications for client-facing and internal use.

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications • Analyze and support platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management • Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations • Assist in defining and maintaining RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies • Contribute to policy definition and decision layer logic • Ensure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirements • Evaluate and improve platform usability and UX patterns • Participate in project planning, tracking, and delivery support • Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate platform functionality • Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, policies, reports, post-implementation reviews)

• Support senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops. • Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials. • Assist with business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows. • Assist with project administration by tracking milestones, updating project documentation, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

• Elicit business requirements from DCCA staff and leadership; translate them into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and manage roadmaps and backlogs in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar • Direct compliance for AI Lab systems — FISMA documentation, Privacy Impact Assessments, ATO packages — and serve as primary liaison to the Board's security, privacy, and compliance offices • Develop test cases, lead user acceptance testing, and coordinate deployments to production • Create user guides, process documentation, and test plans; prepare briefings that translate AI/ML concepts for senior leadership • Advise the AI Lab Director on portfolio priorities, compliance readiness, and process improvement
