• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines that enable cross-SYSCOM data sharing and interoperability • Collaborate with data owners and system engineers to ensure data governance, security, and compliance with DoD standards • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights, KPIs, and performance metrics • Enable real-time or near–real-time metrics visibility for program execution, technology maturation, and funding alignment • Analyze transition status, risks, timelines, and return-on-investment metrics to support decision-making across NAVAIR portfolios • Develop predictive or exploratory models to support forecasting, portfolio alignment, and strategic planning efforts • Research and assess new analytical approaches and tools relevant to Navy R&D and acquisition environments • Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and executive-level summaries to communicate findings and recommendations
