Role Description We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to join a dynamic team operating within the thriving tourism industry, based remotely in Greece. Key Responsibilities - Assist Dutch-speaking clients in planning, organising, and booking personalised travel itineraries, holiday packages, and tourism experiences. - Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodation options, flights, transfers, and travel insurance tailored to each client's needs and preferences. - Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in fluent Dutch, ensuring an exceptional level of service at all times. - Manage and process travel bookings accurately using industry-specific reservation and booking management systems. - Resolve customer complaints, travel disruptions, and post-booking issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. - Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destination knowledge, visa regulations, and tourism industry developments relevant to Dutch-speaking markets. - Collaborate with internal teams, travel suppliers, and partner agencies to ensure seamless travel experiences for all clients. - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the tourism operation. Qualifications - Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role. - A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position. - Previous experience in travel consultancy, tourism, hospitality, or a related customer-facing industry is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences. - Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are considered a strong advantage. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent time management, organisation, and self-motivation. - Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, or tourism industry tools is an advantage.
